Tara graduated from university having studied Marine Biology and specialised in Elasmobranch populations across Indian Ocean Territory. Promoting sustainability and conservation has always been of great importance to her. She joined Nature Space in September 2022 as the first District Licence Officer for Surrey. She is embedded into Surrey Wildlife trusts team of ecologists giving detailed guidance on the District Licence Scheme and great crested newts.
