Our Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) sites focus on high-quality habitats and complex mosaics, delivering the greatest benefit to nature.

We provide units for a range of developments — from local planning developments, through to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects with large, complex and evolving impacts.

Our partner, the Newt Conservation Partnership (NCP), is a community benefit society with extensive experience in creating habitats, especially those that integrate ponds and freshwater features. NCP carefully selects locations for compensation sites, ensuring each site supports thriving wildlife and healthy ecosystems.

Together, we strategically place sites across the landscape to maximise their value for nature, alongside contributing to Local Nature Recovery Strategies. NCP works with landowners across the country who are committed to caring for the natural world and supporting a scheme that delivers positive outcomes for both people and wildlife.
