Sam is an experienced senior operational and commercial leader with 20 years' experience delivering growth across scale-ups, SMEs and PLCs in the private sector. EMBA-qualified, he specialises in translating strategy into execution across operations, go-to-market, marketing and product to drive profitability, scalability and sustainable performance.

He joined NatureSpace in April 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, after leading and running investor-backed businesses including his own start-up, where he delivered growth under tight capital and execution constraints. He is responsible for our Technical and Operations functions, reporting to the CEO.

Sam founded a B Corporation, and is passionate about improving biodiversity and conservation outcomes, while supporting development that fully compensates for its ecological impact. In his spare time, he is a Trustee of the Fitzwygram Foundation and the long suffering manager of a Teddington Athletic youth football team.
