Molly has a background in zoology with an independently led research project on captive lemur behaviour and hierarchy. She is a keen conservationist, undertaking turtle rehabilitation and conservation work in Thailand, and monitoring pangolin populations in the Khura Buri District. Molly then worked as an assistant ecologist in the consulting industry, building her UK flora and fauna species knowledge, before starting work with NatureSpace in January 2025.
