As the Manager of the Programme Team, Mike oversees company exploration of new workstreams, engages in their technical design and collaborative partnership working and undertakes their formal project management. Having joined NatureSpace when the first licence was obtained in 2018, Mike has been involved in scheme design and improvement, key projects including database development and Organisational Licence set up, and the effective scaling of the Technical Team and coaching and development of it's senior staff.

Mike has a BSc in Zoology and an MSc in Biodiversity Conservation, as well as APM's Project Management Qualification. Having enjoyed early career roles in recruitment, research and ecological consultancy Mike is now focused on effective utilisation of this broad background and skillset to deliver high-quality, high integrity environmental outcomes through NatureSpace's expert-led schemes.
