Jen has extensive research experience, with a PhD from Imperial College London and postdoctoral positions at ZSL and the Natural History Museum. Her research has been wide-ranging, from macroecological analysis of species distribution and extinction, to assessing the outcomes of conservation recovery programmes and informing species reintroductions. Jen originally joined NatureSpace as Technical Officer in September 2022. She now leads NatureSpace’s evaluation work, assessing the ecological and operational outcomes of the great crested newt licensing schemes.
