Aydan has a BSc in Biology with a focus on conservation and ecology. He has field experience from conservation research in Ecuador and later worked in green infrastructure on green roof projects. He went on to become an Assistant Ecologist, conducting protected species surveys, and then a Project Officer with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, working with landowners to deliver targeted habitat improvements. Aydan joined NatureSpace in November 2025 as a Trainee Technical Officer.
