In this in-depth virtual training session, our CEO Dr Tom Tew, and CSO Sarah Garratt, drill down further into our District Licensing Scheme and explain its function as a ‘one stop shop’ for both licensing and planning, clarifying the conditions and legalities associated with the licence. The session closes by looking at case studies of various types that have used the District Licence at different stages of the planning process.
